After a successful 2024 Summer Season, Rock Island Grill is now closed for the 2024 off-season while more construction is underway! Rock Island Tiki Bar will be open Thursday to Sunday from 11:00am to 8:00pm until October 2024. 

Beginning in September 2024, we begin demolition of the motel, breezeway and upper pool to make way for our new condominium buildings that are expected to be open by Memorial Weekend 2025! Please be aware of on-property construction between September 2024 and May 2025. There will be limited access to the property through the upper road as you enter the property - you are encouraged to take a right at the "Y" upon entering the property to visit the Rock Island Tiki Bar during its off-season business hours.

Check-in time is at 4:00pm and check-out time is at 10:00am. 

Yes, we do allow pets for an additional fee at our motel. Please ask a Guest Services Agent for additional information on these policies. 

Rock Lane Marina remains open until October. You are encouraged to book your reservation online here.
